Disclaimer
How estimates, prices, timelines, images and planting outcomes shown on myrxelis.com should be understood.
1. General information
Content on this website is general information about our landscaping services. It is not a binding offer unless confirmed in a written contract or order confirmation.
2. Estimates and pricing
Indicative prices, budgets and cost ranges are estimates only. Final pricing depends on a site assessment, plot size and access, soil and drainage conditions, selected materials and plants, seasonality, delivery and any extra work agreed. Prices are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract.
3. Timelines
Project durations are indicative. Actual timelines depend on weather and ground conditions, approvals, material and plant availability, delivery schedules and client decisions. Delays outside our reasonable control are not a breach of obligation.
4. Before-and-after images
Photographs, renders and illustrations are examples of completed or planned work. They may reflect specific sites, mature planting, seasonal conditions or later maintenance, and do not guarantee that a project will look the same. Plant size, form and colour vary naturally.
5. Plant survival and garden outcomes
Plants are living organisms. Survival, growth, flowering and yield depend on soil, watering, drainage, climate, pests and disease, and on correct ongoing maintenance by the client. Unless expressly stated in writing, we do not guarantee plant survival, specific growth results or garden appearance over time. Any warranty is limited to the conditions in the contract.
