Tell us about the plot before we draw a single line.

A garden renovation is decided by light, soil, drainage and how you actually move through the space. The first message only needs to describe what is there now and what you want the garden to do.

What to include

  • Plot size, orientation, and the way the garden is used on a normal weekday.
  • Photos of existing planting, paving and boundaries, plus any slope or drainage problem.
  • Current lighting: where fixtures sit, which corners stay dark, and where cabling already runs.
  • The maintenance you can realistically keep up with, seasonal or year round.

How the request is handled

  1. We read the brief and reply by phone or email within one working day.
  2. An on-site assessment measures levels and records soil, light and existing structures.
  3. You receive measured notes, concept direction, and a phased scope that keeps planting, lighting and hardscape decisions together.
  4. Work starts only after you approve the phasing and any contractor or engineering input.
