Scope
We provide landscape design, planting and garden renovation. Website content is informational, not a binding offer. Scope, materials and price are fixed only after an on-site assessment and written agreement; estimates valid 14 days.
Scheduling
Dates are reserved after written confirmation. Cancellation at least 48 hours before a visit is free; later cancellation may cover mobilised labour and ordered materials.
Warranty
Workmanship: 12 months from acceptance. Plants: 6 months, subject to proper watering and care. Excluded: weather extremes, vandalism, third-party works and misuse.
Liability
We are liable to the extent permitted by law, but not for indirect losses, lost profit or delays beyond reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII remain unaffected.
Complaints
Send complaints with photos to contact@myrxelis.com; we reply within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes may be raised with the Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів.
