Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 January 2025

1. Scope

This policy explains how myrxelis.com, an LLC registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU 42657453, Business Center Leonardo, 12 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho St, Kyiv, 01030), uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, and how you can control them. Please read it together with our Privacy Notice.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Local storage, pixels and scripts serve similar functions: they remember your choices, keep sessions secure and measure how pages are used.

3. Legal basis and consent

Cookies are used in accordance with Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX and Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI. Non-essential cookies and trackers are placed only after you give prior informed consent. Strictly necessary cookies, without which the site cannot function, do not require consent.

4. Categories we use

5. Managing your choices

You may accept, reject or change non-essential categories at any time in the cookie settings panel; withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then stop working.

6. Third parties

Analytics and advertising providers act either as our processors under written instructions or as independent controllers for their own purposes, as shown in the settings panel.

7. Retention

Session cookies expire when the browser closes. Persistent cookies are kept for no longer than 12 months, unless the settings panel states otherwise.

8. Your rights and complaints

You may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data and complain to the Уповноважений Верховної Ради України з прав людини. Consumer information is provided under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII; the authority is Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів.

9. Updates

We may amend this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
